Siegreiche Agrarstudentin Lija Zateewa zu Besuch bei Amazone

Am 1. Oktober 2014 war Lija Zateewa, eine Agrarstudentin von der Saratower Staatlichen Agraruniversität N.I. Wawilow in Russland, zu Gast bei Amazone in Hasbergen-Gaste. Im Zuge einer Werksbesichtigung lernte sie die Unternehmensgeschichte von der ersten Getreidereinigungsmaschine im Jahr 1883 bis hin zur modernen Landtechnik kennen.

Der Besuch bei Amazone war Teil einer Auszeichnung, die Lija Zateewa als 1. Preis eines russlandweiten Wettbewerbs von wissenschaftspraktischen Arbeiten zum Thema „Ressourcenschonender Ackerbau“ für Studenten russischer Agrarhochschulen gewonnen hatte. Dieser Wettbewerb hatte vom 1. November 2013 bis zum 15. Februar 2014 stattgefunden und war von der gemeinnützigen „Nationalen Bewegung des schonenden Ackerbaus“ zusammen mit der Niederlassung des Internationalen UNESCO-Lehrstuhls, der Informationsagentur „Rosbalt“, dem Internet-Informationsportal Agropraktik.rf und der Redaktion der Zeitschrift „Ressourcenschonender Ackerbau“ ausgerufen worden.

„Hauptziel des Wettbewerbs war die Ermittlung junger Agrar-Spezialisten, die ihren Fokus auf innovative Ackerbauverfahren sowie die Erhaltung der Umwelt und Ressourcen richten. Außerdem sollte das Interesse der jungen Leute für moderne ressourcenschonende Verfahren in der Landwirtschaft gefördert werden“, beschrieb Ludmila Orlova, die Präsidentin der „Nationalen Bewegung des schonenden Ackerbaus“ die Ziele des Wettbewerbs. „Die Landwirtschaft in Russland braucht hochqualifizierte Spezialisten, die sich mit modernen Verfahren des schonenden Ackerbaus wie der Direkt- und Streifensaat sowie dem Präzisionsackerbau auskennen. Nur diese Spezialisten sind in der Lage, eine wettbewerbsfähige Landwirtschaft nach den Bedingungen der WTO aufzubauen.“

Insgesamt hatten sich 27 Agrarhochschul-Studenten aus 16 Regionen Russlands am Wettbewerb beteiligt. Ein Großteil der Wettbewerbsbeiträge war von Studenten der Staatlichen Agraruniversität Orjol (7 Teilnehmer), der Staatlichen Agraruniversität Orenburg (4 Teilnehmer) und der Tschuwaschischen Staatlichen Agrarakademie (3 Teilnehmer) vorgelegt worden. Die Bewertung erfolgte durch eine Kommission nach festgelegten Kriterien und einer Zehn-Punkte-Notenskala.

Mit ihrem Beitrag zum Thema „Effektivität der ressourcenschonenden Anbautechniken bei dem Sommerweizenanbau am rechten Wolga-Ufer von Saratow“ hatte Lija Zateewa den ersten Platz belegt. Ihre Arbeit stützte sich auf die Erfahrung des Bauernbetriebs „Odinokowa I.K.“ im Gebiet Saratow. Dieser Betrieb ist Kunde des russischen Amazone-Tochterunternehmens GAG Eurotechnika und setzt verschiedene Amazone-Maschinen wie die Scheibenegge Catros und die Direktsaatmaschine DMC Primera ein.

Die offizielle Auszeichnung der Gewinnerin erfolgte am 22. April 2014 im Rahmen einer Sitzung des Wissenschafts- und Expertenrats beim Agrarkomitee der Staatsduma der Russischen Föderation, des Rates der Fachverbände des Agrar- und Industriekomplexes „ASSAGROS“ und des Ausschusses der Industrie- und Handelskammer der Russischen Föderation für die Entwicklung des Agrar- und Industriekomplexes. Für ihren 1. Platz erhielt Lija Zateewa eine Geldprämie von 10.000 Rubeln, ein Jahresabonnement der Zeitschrift „Ressourcenschonender Ackerbau“ und ein Betriebspraktikum auf einem ausländischen Innovationsbetrieb. Dieses Praktikum sollte auf Empfehlung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für konservierende Bodenbearbeitung auf einem Betrieb in Deutschland stattfinden. An Organisation und Finanzierung der Reise beteiligte sich u.a. die GAG Eurotechnika.

Nach ihrem Besuch bei Amazone war Lija Zateewa offensichtlich beeindruckt: „Wegen der hohen Produktqualität und der beeindruckend straffen Organisationsstruktur ist Amazone für mich ein Musterunternehmen“, berichtete sie. Und: „Die Führungskräfte kümmern sich nicht nur um die Produkte, sondern auch um die Mitarbeiter des Betriebs, und stellen alle erforderlichen Arbeits- und Sicherheitsbedingungen bereit.“

Vor ihrem Besuch bei Amazone hatte Lija Zateewa das Betriebspraktikum auf dem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb von Burkhard Fromme in Königslutter bei Helmstedt absolviert. Landwirt Fromme ist Mitglied der Gesellschaft für konservierende Bodenbearbeitung e.V., setzt schon seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich ressourcenschonende Anbauverfahren ein und gibt seine Erfahrung und Wissen an andere Landwirte und Unternehmen weiter. Im Zuge des einmonatigen Praktikums lernte Lija Zateewa die dort eingesetzte Technik für die konservierende Bodenbearbeitung kennen und konnte sich ein Bild vom Zustand der Pflanzen- und Bodenverhältnisse machen.
