The new myAMAZONE: Better overview. Better response. Better service.
AMAZONE takes its international online service to a new level
The myAMAZONE customer portal supports users of AMAZONE machinery worldwide with centralised content and digital services. Optimised navigation, a clear design and additional features enable quick and targeted access to customer-relevant information in day-to-day use.
Find things quickly – work efficiently
The new myAMAZONE features a clearly structured interface that brings together service information, machine data and warranty status in one place – it is intuitive to use and incorporates the latest technology. The navigation has been completely revamped, ensuring that the portal is intuitive to use. A newly developed search function allows you to access operator manuals, spare parts lists and smart learning videos directly – without going around the houses.
Available internationally in over 20 languages
myAMAZONE is used worldwide and so, consequently, is being systematically internationalised. The customer portal is now available in more than 20 languages, making it easy to use locally.
Machine registration with real added value
A key feature is the individual machine registration. Customers benefit from a 2-year manufacturer guarantee, an extended guarantee against rust perforation for selected fertiliser spreaders and an additional 2-year guarantee on AmaSwitch plus. You will also receive machine-specific digital access to your spare parts lists, operator manuals and smart learning videos for training and practical use; and will be automatically connected to your local AMAZONE sales partner. This creates a personalised service area that supports customers throughout the entire life cycle of the machine.
Digital services as an integral part of customer service
With this relaunch, AMAZONE is highlighting the growing importance of digital services. The platform is constantly being developed and will eventually be enhanced with smart services. The aim is to significantly reduce the workload for farmers in those day-to-day tasks and to simplify service accessibility in the long term.
