The added value of the collaboration is particularly evident in two examples:
- In plant protection, innovative AMAZONE technology, such as the AmaSelect electric individual nozzle control system and the AmaXact nozzle system with pulse-width frequency modulation. Calculating application rates in advance makes it significantly easier for farmers to carry out applications with precision and efficiency. The DirectInject direct injection system will be particularly beneficial for automated switching on the headland and variable application rates within the field.
- Variable-rate maize sowing maps are widely recognised from an agronomic perspective, but they are still not commonly used in practice. Workflows involving the terminal and the implement are often a hindrance. With EasyTram, AMAZONE offers an automated tramline system. As part of the collaboration between the two companies, customers can transfer both maps to the AmaTron 4 operator terminal via the AMATRON Share app in a seamless process.
