Primera DMC large area seed drill

The benefits of the Primera DMC:

• Great flexibility when sowing different crops with simultaneous application of fertiliser into the seed furrow or onto the soil surface

The benefits of the Primera DMC:

• Very large hopper capacity with 4 compartments, that can be interconnected in a ratio of 25: 75 or 50 : 50. The front chambers 1 and 2 are controlled via a common rate control system, whereas the rear chambers 3 and 4 have separate rate control systems. Each chamber has its own metering unit that precisely controls the application. 
• Maximum impact for water-saving sowing over very short periods with ideal conditions.
   

Fast filling with the filling auger

A hydraulically driven filling auger is available for the quick and easy filling of the hoppers.

The two-piece filling auger is mounted on the back of the machine. The bottom section of the auger, which includes the filling hopper, can be quickly and easily folded up for work and transport. Thanks to the swivelling chute on the top auger, the filled material can be optimally distributed over the full width of the hopper.

Drive and operation of the filling auger is carried out via the hydraulic system on the tractor. The tractor should have a hydraulic output of at least 50 l/min and requires a pressure-free return.

• The new multi-chamber pressurised hopper enables even higher application rates with an even higher capacity powerful conveying system.
• The Primera DMC 6002-2C is equipped with a distributor head with MultiSwitch single-row switching as standard. This technology enables the targeted control and switching off of individual rows - ideal for wedge shaped fields, headlands and sowing in double or variable row spacing.
