Exact harrow and wedge ring tyre roller with Matrix profile
Levelling and reconsolidation
After seed placement, the seed furrow is closed and the soil is levelled by the Exact harrow.
The trailing wedge ring tyre roller with matrix tread profile consolidates the soil in the closed seed furrow precisely above the deposited seed. This optimises seed/soil contact and enables uniform field emergence, even under dry conditions. Targeted reconsolidation creates the ideal conditions for good early growth on dry and stony soils.
With a diameter of 800 mm, the wedge ring tyre roller also serves as the integrated running gear for extremely smooth transport. Scrapers on the roller prevent any blockages under damp conditions. Loose stones are also pressed into the soil at the same time.

4. The rear harrow combs the seedbed once more and breaks up any clods. The soil ridges left by the wedge ring tyre roller are also levelled to ensure an even surface and reduce spray shadows.
