ProfiMower for efficient mulching

The new ProfiMower presents an efficient and practical solution for professional use in green space maintenance. The mower offers a high-output platform for the economic maintenance of large lawns, where collection of the cuttings is not required. The finely shredded cuttings are deposited directly on the surface - ideal for extensive grounds, solar farms, sports fields, roadside verges and green space areas. The cuttings act as a natural mulch layer, protecting the soil and promoting the recycling of nutrients.

Cut – Roll – Mulch

The ProfiMower models can be fitted with either the SmartCut fine-flail mowing deck with exact cut rotor or the BladeCut rotary mowing deck. It is possible to exchange the mowing decks. On the SmartCut fine-flail mowing deck, the Y-blades are arranged in V-shaped rows and cut at the set cutting height with millimetre precision. The cut material is gently pressed down by a roller and remains on the ground as a mulch.

On the BladeCut rotary mowing deck, the rotating blades ensure a precise, high-performance cut. The cuttings are shredded several times and left on the surface as a mulch.

Practical load platform

Instead of having a hopper, the ProfiMower features a practical transport platform integrated into the rear of the machine. It enables easy transport of tools, seed, safety barriers or maintenance items - during mowing, without the need for an additional vehicle. The load platform has a maximum payload of 400 kg. With its combination of efficient mowing, user-friendly operation and practical equipment, the new ProfiMower is the perfect choice for service providers, local authorities, contractors and businesses with a need for high outputs – wherever a neat result is required and where there is no need for the cuttings to be collected.

Compared with either rotary or cylinder mowers, the ProfiMower models with the SmartCut fine-flail mowing deck operate extremely reliably, thanks to the design, even at markedly longer cutting heights. Both in short and long grass, the machines provide a superb profile of cut - in virtually all weathers and vegetation coverage. 

Machines fitted with the BladeCut rotary mowing deck are particularly suited to shorter grass. 

The AMAZONE mowing and scarifying system is your guarantor for well-groomed lawns. Whether the sun is shining, or the early morning dew is still on the grass – work gets going. The ProfiHopper does not care if the grass is wet, exceptionally tall or dense – it always produces first class results.

The blades of grass are cut and repeatedly chopped by the SmartCut fine-flail cutting deck. The design of the ProfiMower without a hopper enables the cuttings to be spread over a wide area, so that the nutrients are returned to the soil.

Machines fitted with the SmartCut fine-flail mowing deck can also be used for scarifying. The scarifying knives, which are quickly attached without tools, slit the turf and thin out the lawn’s surface. Thatch is removed and at the same time the surface is rolled. The scarifying and the improved light, air, water and nutrient exchange result in a significant improvement to the soil structure.
