Raiffeisen Technik HSL and AMAZONE - A strong partnership for excellent service
The partnership between Raiffeisen Technik HSL GmbH and AMAZONE-Werken is a particularly successful example of service quality in action within the agricultural machinery sector. As an established service centre in southern Schleswig-Holstein and western Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Raiffeisen Technik HSL is actively involved in the training of AMAZONE service experts.
Two service technicians are currently being trained there as part of the AMAZONE training programme – including Philipp Pein, who has been part of the programme for three years now. Training as an agricultural and construction machinery mechanic or mechatronics technician, together with regular service training sessions, forms the foundation for progressing to further specialist training. The annual two-week training course at the Academy Hude provides participants in the expert training programme with comprehensive knowledge of all AMAZONE product ranges, thereby laying the foundations for first-class customer service.
Philipp Pein has recently been provided with a newly wrapped "AMAZONE Service Expert" vehicle, which is fully equipped with all necessary service tools. He is therefore ideally prepared for upcoming machine start offs as well as maintenance and repair work, carried out directly at the customer’s premises.
In total, around 60 AMAZONE service experts are being trained at the Academy. These are in operation in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg and form a strong network of expert service partners.
