Amazone bei den besten Arbeitgebern weiter vorn

Die Amazonen-Werke gehören weiter zu den Top-Arbeitgebern in Deutschland. So hat das Unternehmen bei einer von der Zeitschrift Focus initiierten Studie zum Thema „Deutschlands 1000 Beste Arbeitgeber 2018“ mit 6.872 Punkten erneut sehr gut abgeschnitten. Beim Kriterium "Arbeitsatmosphäre", bei dem es vor allem um das Betriebsklima geht, wurde Amazone besonders gut bewertet. Hier hat es das Unternehmen mit 91,43 von 100 Punkten auf Platz 38 im Gesamtranking der 1000 besten Arbeitgeber geschafft.

„Wir freuen uns über das gute Abschneiden im Focus-Ranking", so die Stellungnahme der Amazone-Geschäftsführer Christian Dreyer und Dr. Justus Dreyer zum Ergebnis der Befragung. "Unsere top ausgebildeten und motivierten Mitarbeitenden sind eine wichtige Grundlage dafür, dass wir im immer stärker werdenden internationalen Wettbewerb erfolgreich sind.“

Grundlage der Studie „Deutschlands 1000 Beste Arbeitgeber 2018“ ist eine bundesweit durchgeführte Umfrage der Zeitschrift Focus. Dabei wurden die 1.000 besten Arbeitgeber mit mehr als 500 Mitarbeitern ermittelt. Laut Focus hat das Marktforschungsinstitut Statista dafür mehr als 127.000 Arbeitgeber-Beurteilungen ausgewertet. Entscheidend war vor allem, ob die Arbeitnehmer ihren eigenen Arbeitgeber weiterempfehlen.

2017: Amazone turnover climbs to 457 million €
