AmaTron Share - Makes working with application maps simple

Precision agriculture requires the right agricultural machinery – and a wealth of data

In addition to a farmer’s hard work, experience and skill continue to be irreplaceable when it comes to making a success in agriculture. However, the support provided by accurate application maps with up-to-date data and information from a Farm Management Information System can greatly assist in making the right decisions.

Customised application maps bring precision agriculture to the field. Seed, fertiliser and pesticides can be applied to the exact requirements by utilising variable rate applications on a site-specific basis using the right machinery. This saves on inputs, conserves resources and protects the environment whilst optimising yields. This allows you to achieve the maximum potential from your land and so better profitability.

Generation of an application map in a farm management information system and automatic part-section-specific control of the application rate with the AmaTron 4

AmaTron Share App alongside the GPS-Maps&Docs licence

The generated application maps are transferred from your Farm Management Information System to the AmaTron 4 ISOBUS operator terminal via a mobile device. This requires the free AmaTron Share App and the chargeable
GPS-Maps&Docs licence.

Once transferred, you only need to assign the maps to one or more of the materials to be applied and to your specific machine. In conjunction with the AmaTron 4, the machine takes care of the rest and automatically processes the various application maps during that pass.

AMAZONE brings precision agriculture to your field!

Data exchange via the AmaTron Share App

With the free AmaTron Share App and the GPS-Maps&Docs licence, application map data taken from a Farm Management Information System can be easily transferred to the AmaTron 4 operator terminal via a mobile device. In the central import menu, the data is received and processed in ISO-XML format for data exchange with job data from the machine or in Shape file format for vector geodata. The motto here is: work first, then save or delete.

AmaTronShare
  1. The AmaTron Share App can be downloaded onto your mobile device free of charge. Its use requires the GPS-Maps&Docs licence, which is pre-installed on the AmaTron 4, and which can be trialled free of charge or activated directly for a fee.

  2. When the work is finished, the job can be saved to the terminal or exported. The export via ISO-XML can then be imported into a Farm Management Information System for documentation purposes, whilst export in a PDF format can be saved as a means of documentation of the job.

  3. Part-area, site-specific applications with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness via digital solutions from AMAZONE – the inventors of precision.
