AMAZONE presents the new Cenio 5000-2
A flexible and high output mounted mulch cultivator
At Agritechnica 2025, AMAZONE will be presenting the Cenio 5000-2, a hydraulically-folding, mounted mulch cultivator in a working width of 5 metres. This new model extends the Cenio portfolio, which previously comprised of implements in working widths of 3 metres, 3.5 metres and 4 metres. The Cenio 5000-2 is suitable for tractors with power ratings at or above 220 hp.
Efficient soil tillage with optimum incorporation
The three-stagger Cenio 5000-2 can be used with different shares at working depths from 5 to 30 cm. It is suitable for both shallow stubble cultivation and deeper soil loosening. With a tine spacing of 30 cm, the Cenio works blockage-free, even where large amounts of crop residues prevail, and incorporates organic matter evenly into the soil.
Robust tines for the widest range of working conditions
The Cenio 5000-2 is available in 2 versions: Special, with shear bolt overload protection and Super, with compression spring overload protection , which offers a trigger force of 500 kg. These methods of overload safety protect the cultivator in stony soils and ensure a constant working depth.
Versatile share options for different applications
For the C-Mix 3 tine system, the Cenio 5000-2 offers a wide range of shares to choose from. The 320 mm wide goose foot share and the 360 mm wide C-Mix wing share are available for shallow stubble cultivation. The 100 mm or 80 mm wide C-Mix share can be used for basic soil cultivation and the 40 mm wide C-Mix share for deep loosening. This lineup allows the cultivator to be used flexibly across a wide range of applications.
Hydraulic adjustment for precise working depths
The working depth of the Cenio 5000-2 is set fully hydraulically from the tractor cab as standard. This allows the working depth to be quickly adjusted on the move to suit the soil conditions. A large and easily visible scale is used for orientation. Optional support wheels are available to ensure smooth running, even on uneven ground.
Level finish thanks to the levelling discs with LevelControl
Behind the tines, a disc element with finely serrated concave discs (diameter 410 mm) and maintenance-free bearings ensures the even levelling of the soil. These discs have a good self-driving effect and enable good crumbling of the soil. The innovative LevelControl system automatically adjusts the working depth of the levelling unit when the working depth of the tines is changed. Thanks to the constant levelling quality, an even finish is achieved, even with major changes in working depth, and the driver's workload is thus reduced.
Optimum reconsolidation for every type of soil
Six different packer rollers are available for reconsolidation of the soil. This wide variety makes it possible to select the ideal roller for different field conditions. Thanks to the quick-change system, the packers can be easily exchanged when soil types change within a farm. A single-row harrow can also be added behind the packer.
With the new Cenio 5000-2, AMAZONE offers a universal cultivator that guarantees high output and flexibility even in tight areas.
