Innovation: adjustable floor belt and precision spreading disc Like its bigger counterpart, the IceTiger S features unique conveying technology using a hydraulic floor belt, which enables the application of salts with different moisture contents, even in very small quantities, as well as the application of slip-preventing materials such as grit or sand. Thanks to the wide surface area, the material to be spread is continuously transported without clogging and bridging towards a funnel chute, which feeds it down onto the spreading disc. A hydraulic motor allows the speed of the floor belt to be precisely adjusted to run fast or slow, so that even extremely small quantities - down to 5 g/m² - can be applied as and when required. There are two precision spreading discs to choose from: W 1 for working widths from 1 m to 6 m, or W 2 for working widths from 2 m to 8 m. This makes the IceTiger S perfectly adaptable to the needs of that specific area of application.
