Terms of use for images from the AMAZONE online media database

Scope: Images (no films) from the AMAZONE online image database at https://downloadcenter.amazone.de/en/media, provided that a user account (login) is not required for downloading.

Images in the AMAZONE image database offered for download are available free of charge for use in online and print publications. Use is deemed to be granted and does not have to be explicitly requested from AMAZONE, provided that the following terms and conditions are met or are applicable.  

Use may not be associated with political, religious or erotic content.

Sale of the images and products which mainly consist of the images (e.g. poster, photo book, transfer to an image database, … ) requires the consent of AMAZONE.

Sub-licensing for e.g. use on social media platforms requires the consent of AMAZONE if the user is not a sales partner of AMAZONEN-WERKE.

There are no restrictions on use, either in terms of location or time. AMAZONE reserves the right to prohibit use in the event that the above terms and conditions are not complied with.

Use of the image material is also permissible for commercial purposes (product-related measures, events, teaching materials, …) – the same applies to its configuration with texts, graphics or other images.

The following indications can be cited as the image source: "AMAZONEN-WERKE H. DREYER SE & Co. KG", "AMAZONEN-WERKE" or "AMAZONE" – the shorter source references are sufficient, depending on how the image is used with regard to agricultural machinery. AMAZONEN-WERKE sales partners are exempt from the requirement to cite sources - other organisations or individuals may be granted such an exemption upon request.

Specimen copies do not need to be submitted unless otherwise agreed beforehand. A relevant extract from the document as a file/PDF is desirable in the case of publications, or a link to the website in the case of online publication.

When requesting permission to use an image, please include the file name of the downloaded image file, so that it can be accurately identified.
