Coulter pressure adjustment on the TwinTeC coulter

As all the coulters are suspended in a parallel guided frame, a central and stepless adjustment of the coulter pressure is possible. As an option, hydraulic coulter pressure adjustment is available allowing the comfortable matching of the coulter pressure from the tractor cab. With the hydraulic coulter lift, the coulters can be raised by up to 145 mm so that any pre-working of the headlands is possible without needing to run the coulters in the soil. Especially for operation in field corners the coulter lift is a useful option.

It is possible, for instance, in the area behind the tractor wheels, to increase the coulter pressure by another 6 kg using additional tensioning springs.
