Here you will find our detailed Conditions of Participation for the AMAZONE Combination World Cup (Combination-Cup):

§ 1 Organiser of the Combination-Cup

  1. Sole organiser of the "Combination-Cup" contest is the AMAZONEN WERKE H. DREYER SE & Co. KG, represented by the HD International SE, in turn represented by the managing directors Ludger Braunsmann, Dr. Stephan Evers, Andreas Hemeyer, Dr. Rainer Resch, Am Amazonenwerk 9-13, 49205 Hasbergen (Germany), Registry Court: AG Osnabrück HRA 2716 – in the following: AMAZONE.
  2. This contest is not associated with Instagram (Meta) or any other social media where this contest may be announced. The sole organiser is AMAZONE. Enquiries about the contest are therefore to be sent exclusively to AMAZONE. 

§ 2 Contest

  1. AMAZONE is organising a contest with the Combination-Cup. For this purpose AMAZONE provided a prize and will issue it to the winner(s) subject to the following conditions.
    The 1st prize is a table football. 
  2. Participation runs exclusively from 01.09.2023 to 01.10.2023. Voting for the winner(s) runs exclusively from 02.10.2023, 18:00 to 06.10.2022, 18:00.
  3. Participation in the Combination-Cup does not require the purchase of any goods or services.

§ 3 Participation

  1. Participation in the Combination-Cup requires that the participant fulfils the following conditions to participate in the competition:
    1. Participants must post a self-taken photo of an AMAZONE seeding combination on Instagram within the entry period (see above) AMAZONE and mark the Instagram page @amazone_group on this photo and use „#KombinationsWM“ in the description. Please note that AMAZONE for technical reasons, can only consider posts if the Instagram profile is publicly accessible.
    2. From all contributions AMAZONE will select 5 posts according to the criteria of photo quality & special feature of the combination and re-post 1 photo every 24 hours at 18:00 via the Instagram account @amazone_group. The participants agree to be marked in the entry. AMAZONE will notify the 5 entries via direct message.
    3. The post that receives the most likes on the @amazone_group account within 24 hours is the winner of the AMAZONE Combination-Cup.
    4. The winner will be contacted via direct message after voting has ended. If the winner does not respond to this direct message within 7 days, AMAZONE will contact the 2nd place. In this case, the original winner is no longer entitled to the prize.
  2. Participation in the Combination-Cup is free of charge. There is no need to use any paid services.
  3. Participation by other means (e.g. via e-mail) is excluded and will not be considered. The same applies to participation outside the periods specified in § 2 (2).
  4. Only natural persons are eligible to participate; legal entities are excluded from participation. All employees of AMAZONEN-WERKE H. DREYER SE & Co. KG and their relatives are also excluded from participation.
  5. Participation by minors with limited legal capacity is only possible from the age of 16 and only with the consent of their legal representatives.
  6. The prizes will not be paid out in cash and will be sent by a service provider. The legal process is excluded insofar as it concerns the selected entries and their assessment.
  7. AMAZONE reserves the right to terminate the Combination-Cup at any time without giving reasons. In addition, AMAZONE reserves the right to exclude any participant from participation who is suspected of manipulating the voting through click generators, bots or in a comparable manner. This also applies if it is suspected that a third party is carrying out such manipulation.

§ 4 Copyright and Indemnification

  1. Each participant is aware that his/her entry will be published on AMAZONE's Instagram page (@amazone_group). The participant agrees to this by its participation.
  2. The participant will only take part in the Combination-Cup with an entry that does not infringe any third-party rights, in particular third-party copyrights.
  3. If a participant takes part in the Combination-Cup with a contribution that infringes the rights of third parties, and if a claim is made against AMAZONE by a third party on account of this contribution, the participant will indemnify AMAZONE against all claims, damages and costs incurred by AMAZONE on account of this claim.

§ 5 Data Protection

  1. Personal data of participants will only be processed by AMAZONE in the event of a win if you provide us with this data. The data will only be processed for the purposes of the contest, i.e. in particular to send the winners their prizes. We do not use the data for subsequent advertising purposes.
