Amazone eröffnet Niederlassung in China

Am 1.8.2015 haben die Amazonen-Werke ihre neue Niederlassung in China offiziell eröffnet. Standort des Unternehmens mit dem Namen „Amazone Agricultural Machinery (Tianjin) Co. Ltd.“ ist die Millionenstadt Tianjin, die ca. anderthalb Autostunden von Peking entfernt liegt. An der Eröffnung nahmen u.a. Dr. Justus Dreyer, geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von Amazone, sowie Andreas Hemeyer, Amazone-Geschäftsleitung Vertrieb, und der Geschäftsführer der Niederlassung Kim Nielsen teil.

Überfahrt von D9-Sämaschinen
Hier startet ein komplett mit D9-Sämaschinen beladener Lkw zu einer 7-tägigen Fahrt in die Region Xinjiang.

Die neue Niederlassung dient in erster Linie als Vertriebs- und Service-Stützpunkt und bietet zugleich die Möglichkeit, auch die Montage von Amazone-Maschinen direkt vor Ort durchzuführen. Das Gebäude der Niederlassung verfügt über 3.000 m² Hallenflächen. Das Investitionsvolumen beträgt rund eine Million Euro.

Schon jetzt ist die Nachfrage nach Amazone-Maschinen in China sehr positiv. Angeboten wird das gesamte Produktprogramm von Bodenbearbeitungsgeräten und Sämaschinen über Düngerstreuer bis hin zu Pflanzenschutzspritzen. Überdurchschnittlich gut werden bereits die Amazone-Sämaschinen und Einzelkornsämaschinen sowie das gesamte ZA-Düngerstreuerprogramm verkauft.

Ziel ist es nun, ausgehend von der Niederlassung eine schlagkräftige Vertriebsorganisation und ein flächendeckendes Händlernetz aufzubauen, um den Zukunftsmarkt China intensiv zu erschließen. Mittelfristig will Amazone hier ein Umsatzvolumen im zweistelligen Millionenbereich erreichen.

This year the Amazone Foundation again will award two outstanding scientific degree thesis the "Innovation Award 2015" and attractive monetary prizes. Those young scientists can apply for whose bachelor or master thesis have a relation to agriculture. In addition the dissertation should deal with innovative themes in the range of system- or machine technology, the production of agricultural machinery or their sale and service.

New following roller with Matrix tyre profile

To expand the working spectrum of the wedge ring roller, Amazone has de-veloped a version with a new Matrix tyre profile. The special feature of this roller is the specific longitudinal and lateral profiles of the Matrix tyres. Whereas the longitudinal profile creates the desired strip-wise reconsolidation of the soil, the narrow cross bars on the profile provide more fine soil, resulting in optimum growing conditions.

With the DUW 580 Double-U profile roller, Amazone has extended its pro-gramme yet further with another following roller for the Certos TX heavy com-pact disc harrow and for the Cenius TX mulch cultivator. The specific feature of this roller is the 580 mm diameter U profile rings which are open and be-come filled with soil during operation.

Machine of the year: ZA-TS fertiliser spreader

The new Amazone ZA-TS fertiliser spreader with Argus Twin now is allowed to carry the title "Machine of the year 2016". This titel is a special Innovation award. The official presentation by the agricultural technology editors of the dlv Deutsche Landwirtschaftsverlag took place on 10th November, 2015 at the Agritechnica in Hanover.

DLG image barometer 2015: Top rating for Amazone

In the DLG Image Barometer 2015 Amazonen-Werke again came out superbly well. With 52 points the company gained 4th place against all agricultural machinery manufacturers represented in Germany. The first three positions were filled by the companies Fendt (60 points) and Claas and John Deere with each 54 points. In the total ranking, Amazone even improved its position in comparison with the 2014 result by 2 points and thus increased its image overall.
