Huntlosen

The site Huntlosen in Lower Saxony is representative for arable farming in processing regions on light soils with smaller sized field structures.

The trial site is located on the farm of Heiko Boning/Huntlosen. The farm of approx. 100 ha, runs milk production and pig fattening. The fields are treated with liquid manure and the straw is completely harvested. In addition to plough and mulching variants also a direct sowing variant is tested in Huntlosen.
