Auneau (Frankreich)
Auneau is located near Chartres at the south-west side of the Paris basin, one of the most important arable farming regions in France. With its clay content of more than 10 % the site Auneau is very well suited for conservation soil tillage. However the annual rainfall of approx. 850 mm limit restrict the options for reduced soil tillage because too high water contents may become a limiting factor for the oxygen supply of the soil.
