Please first link to your sales partner for this machine in the sales partner link. They have to confirm your link request and register the machine. Currently, the sales partner link is only available in choosen countries.

To apply for a manufacturer guarantee, your machine must be within the first 12 months after initial use. Please check whether this applies to your machine, as we are not allowed to publish this information without verification for data protection reasons.

Why is a link to the sales partner necessary?

The link to the sales partner can be used to verify whether you are the actual owner of the machine. This is to prevent misuse and we can provide you with further data about your machine.
