Amazone comes out well placed once again on the DLG Image Barometer 2018

Amazone beim DLG-Imagebarometer 2018 erneut sehr gut platziert

On the DLG Image Barometer 2018 the Amazone Group has moved up to third place among all manufacturers of agricultural machinery represented in Germany. With a score of 54.91 points, the company has, for the first time, secured a place on the winner’s podium. The first two places were taken by Fendt (60.62 points) and Claas (54.93 points). So, with this result, Amazone have come out of the evaluation as the best among the medium-sized implement manufacturers.

And especially pleasing, from the Amazone point of view, is that the brand is successful both with young farm managers under the age of 30 and also in the age group 41 – 50 where it is in second place even. In addition, Amazone gained a very good ranking amongst those classic family farms. For farms up to 50 ha, the brand is ahead even of all tractor manufacturers in 1st place and on farms up to 100 ha in 3rd place. This is an indication that their owners and managers feel especially drawn to the wide ranging Amazone programme which also offers solutions in small to medium sized working widths.

The Amazone Directors Christian Dreyer and Dr. Justus Dreyer reflect on the result not only as a success but also as a motivation. “We are very pleased but, however we will not rest on our laurels. Our aim for the future is to continuously further improve our products, the level of service and the quality of the advice offered. To achieve this we will seek to maintain the loyal cooperation of our customers to be able to correspond to their wishes and demands at an early stage."

Details about the DLG barometer

Queried are brand recognition, brand loyalty, brand performance and brand image. These four indicators are rated in the total calculation so that each scores a maximum of 25 points and thus, in total, a maximum 100 points can be achieved.
